A peculiar scene developed inside the Magro square on that day. He used to be one of the main arch enemies to the supporters of Marc Ravalomanana. On that day though, Colonel Charles Andrianasoavina’s phone call to the Magro square was welcomed like that of a hero. He is currently recovering in La Reunion island. In the run of the remembrance of February 07th 2009’s shoot out, the colonel actually revealed a far reaching testimony proving to be a serious blow to the transitional leadership. He testified that transitional leader Andry Rajoelinal was the main mastermind behind the bloodshed, since “lives had to be sacrificed in order to gain control of the power”, and pointed at Colonel Lylison Rene as the main henchman. Colonel Charles emphasized again that the presidential guard was not to be blamed for the deadly gunshots which claimed casualties on February 07th 2009. Il était autrefois le principal persécuteur des partisans de Marc Ravalomanana, mais le colonel Charles Andrianasoavina a été accueilli en héros quand il est intervenu au téléphone sur la place du Magro. Il est actuellement en convalescence à La Réunion. Il a apporté un témoignage accablant pour le président actuel de la Transition, Andry Rajoelina et pour le colonel Lylison René, à l’occasion de la commémoration de la tuerie du 7 février 2009. Le premier a été désigné comme le principal instigateur de la tuerie « car il fallait sacrifier des vies pour accéder au pouvoir » d’après le colonel Charles. The transitional ruling power and the association of victims are planning a remembrance ceremony to take place on February 7th in Antaninarenia. Former President Marc Ravalomanana, currently in South Africa, got indicted in the case, but still, the investigation supposed to be independent struggles to get its start. When the putsch was developing back in 2009, Marc Ravalomanana and the presidential guard were pointed at for causing some thirty casualties in front of the presidential palace in Ambohitsorohitra. The tragedy took place on February 7th, 2009. The former president got trialed by the transitional justice, denounced however a politically motivated action. Le régime de Transition et l’association des victimes prévoient une cérémonie de commémoration de l’affaire du 7 février à Antaninarenina. Une plainte a été déposée contre l’ancien président, Marc Ravalomanana à Madagascar et en Afrique du Sud, mais la réouverture d’une enquête censée être indépendante sur le sujet tarde à se concrétiser. C’est Marc Ravalomanana et la garde présidentielle de l’époque qui a été toujours montrée du doigt par ceux qui ont pris le pouvoir en 2009 comme étant à l’origine de la trentaine de morts devant le palais d’Ambohitsorohitra. C’était le 7 février 2009. L’ancien président a été condamné à Madagascar. Mais il parle de procès politique. Sur la base de nombreux témoignages, le camp de Ravalomanana dénonce la manipulation du président de la Transition, Andry Rajoelina.
