« Choisir la personne qu’ils aiment vraiment lors d’une élection est un droit fondamental pour les malgaches ». The presidential tournament seems bound to develop in Madagascar after already a couple of postponements in a row in 2013. October 25th and December 20th for the elections’ rounds may not comply with the law’s requirements, yet the exceptional situation acknowledged by the Special Electoral Court does away with the issue. Rendez-vous est enfin pris pour une élection présidentielle à Madagascar, après déjà deux reports en 2013. Les dates du 25 octobre et du 20 décembre pour l’éventuel second tour fixées par la CENIT ne sont pas tout à fait en accord avec la loi mais le principe du cas de force majeure constaté par la Cour électorale Spéciale l’autorise.
