Addis Ababa: the four mobilities’ talks cancelled, the HAT last offensive
The latest round of talks between the four mobility leaders, basically meant to take place on March 08th, March 09th and 10th, 2010 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia, has been cancelled. The African Union made this clause clear long before the invitations, and even longer before Andry Rajoelina's boycott. Addis Abeba : réunion des 4 mouvances annulée, dernière offensive de la HAT
La réunion entre les autres chefs de file de mouvance, prévue pour les 08, 09 et 10 mars 2010 à Addis Abeba a été annulée. L’Union Africaine a pris cette mesure avant même que les invités ne fassent le déplacement alors que Andry Rajoelina a fait savoir qu’il n’y participera pas. Andry Rajoelina a obtenu ce qu’il a cherché : donner de la légitimité à sa feuille de route qui consiste à mettre en place une assemblée constituante. Pastot Mailhol: A political analysis annoying the HAT supporters
The present political situation's solution is exclusively a deal between the four mobility leaders. So reads Pastor Mailhol's conclusion. As pushing his stand further ahead, he subsequently predicted Andry Rajoelina's path from being leader of the High Authority of Transition to being a likely new political exile, could common ground fail to emerge, since the situation going even tenser. Pastor Mailhol took part in the "national debate" organized by the HAT, and described it as "despicable shambles". Pastor Mailhol openly displayed his desappointment in a interview granted by the Antsiva radio reporters. According to him, the debate has been baseless in the end, because Andry Rajoelina was expected either to capitalize what he said, namely the elections, and endorse whatever consequences, or agree with the other mobility leaders and assume the implementation of the Maputo deals which he signed. Pasteur Mailhol: Une analyse politique qui dérange les partisans de la HAT
La situation politique actuelle ne pourrait être résolue que si les quatre chefs de mouvance n'arrivent à s'entendre. C'est la conclusion du Pasteur Mailhol. Il voit déjà en Andry Rajoelina, président de la Haute Autorité de la Transition, un probable nouvel exilé politique si un compromis n'est pas trouvé. Car la situation risque de nouveau de dégénérer. Le pasteur Mailhol a participé à l'atelier national organisé par la HAT et n'y voit qu'un vrai "désordre". Interviewé par la radio Antsiva, le pasteur Mailhol n'a pas caché sa déception. Pour lui, la réunion était finalement inutile, car Andry Rajoelina devait plutôt réaliser ce qu'il a promis, à savoir les élections, quelqu'en soit les conséquences, ou bien accepter de s'entendre avec les autres chefs de mouvances signataires des accords de Maputo.
