CCC – Referendum: « the postponement is not our mistake »

At the time of its weekly conference with the press, the president of the constitutional Advisory Committee (CCC locally) rejected any alleged responsibility in the referendum's postponement. Florent Rakotoarisoa reiterated that his committee doesn't have the last word, while recognizing that the draft is far from ready.
