Cyclone – Tropical storm Boura downgraded

Tropical Storm Boura was first detected on November 15, 2002, off the Northeastern coast of Madagascar. Her winds reached an alarming 40 MPH as she threatened Madagascar, and the neighboring islands with heavy rains, and high winds.

Today, the danger has passed, and tropical storm Boura has been downgraded to a mere « tropical depression ».
