Gerard Andrialemirovason, running a successful plumbing business in France.

The ex director of the presidents office now manages a plumbing business in France.

Taken from the French Newspaper Ouest France, The Gazette de la Grand Isle reports,? Gerard Andrialemirovason, director general of the Presidency under Didier Ratsiraka has become the chief officer of a small plumbing business in France where he exiled himself after the fall of the old regime. The Gazette writes,? He took a small plumbing business of 7 employees barely making its way, and turned it into a going concern. He has been officially recognized for his work in reviving commerce and quality of workmanship and even has received financial support to the tune of 6000 Euros in the town of Alexain (400 souls) not far from Laval in Mayenne located in western France. So it looks like Gérard Andrialemirovason will not be returning to his native isle anytime soon. He was the subject of an article in the daily regional newspaper Ouest France on 7th of March with the headline ?Here in Mayenne, our plumber is Malagasy.? Mr. Gérard Andrialemirovason studied engineering in France following which he was named general director of Etat Roso in the beginning of the 80s. Thus began the adventure for this native of Farafangana who was to become a presidential confidant.
