The pro-Ravalomanana Parliamentarians back in jail

Disappointment for Marc Ravalomanana’s supporters. Convicted since April, the four legalistic parliamentarians arrested in the street by police forces allied to the HAT, while the exiled president’s partisans were demonstrating in the capital city, must remain in jail.

The parliamentarians’s probation demand has been rejected by the Court. The lawsuit’s verdict for these deputies and senator will be known by next August 11th.

Besides, the legalistic camp was struck hear about the search at a pro-Ravalomanana lawyer’s home on July 27th. Mr. Noro Rabemananjara’s home has been thoroughly searched by police forces.

Noro Rabemananjara would have some ties with supposed bomb layers in the capital city. The search has anyhow been fruitless. The lawyers’ Order has expressed itself revolted by the search, especially since the legalistic lawyer’s laptop has been confiscated by police forces.

In this crisis context, Mr. Noro Rabemananjara is the most committed lawyer for the defence of the pro-Ravalomanana, specially the four TIM party parliamentarians and the legalistic Prime minister, Manandafy Rakotonirina,
