Maputo meeting: The Manandafy and Raharinaivo cases evoked to the mediators

The legalistic Prime minister, Manandafy Rakotonirina, and TIM party Raharinaivo Andrianantoandro should be part of the Marc Ravalomanana mobility’s delegation in Maputo. Both men are yet currently in custody in the course of the political crisis. 

The representatives of the exiled president’s mobility have thus specifically evoked both men’s cases during the recent talks with mediators present in Antananarivo. 

Anyway, the decision to grant them possible temporary liberty remains in the hands of the High Authority of Transition.  

Very recently, temporary probation has been denied to all four pro-Ravalomanana parliamentarians in detention since the end of April. The HAT still has some days to assess the Manandafy and Raharinaivo cases, before this meeting in Maputo which is tagged as « decisive » by many people in order to put an end to the Madagascan political crisis,
