The national dialogue postponed

Watching the young putsch maker swapping colors is become a usual scene. The end of the transition was basically meant to come true in December 2009. The legislative vote was meant to take place on March 20th, then on May 24th. A national dialogue is now being postponed. 

The standard preparation time suited to the meeting supposed to address the fourth Republic’s constitution, proved to be too short to the organization committee. Andry Rajoelina would equally be hesitating on dropping negotiations for good. The SADC mediator, Joaquim Chissano, confirmed the on going preparation of next meeting between the political mobility leaders.
