Toamasina : a 12 years old boy kidnapped

On Monday, July 05th at around four hours local time, a 12 years old boy was kidnapped  on his way back home from his school “Les Fuschias” Salazamay. As he was walking by Morafeno’s Magro building, a black or green 4wd appeared, stopped, three men came out of it, captured the boy, bound his eyes and mouth and took him away. Surrounding passer-by only reported this single phrase from the men: “we’ve got one here”. These mysterious men took the boy away in the woods and asked for his age. As he answered accordingly, they bound him back again, and dropped him by the Jacques Rabemananjara High School. Those kidnappers are definitely selecting their victims by age category. Kidnapping is now a fact in Toamasina, parents, beware for your children on their way to and back from school!
