Iharizaka Rahaingoson: the HAT new trouble

As being bound to take off to Brussels in order to attend a meeting about telecommunications, the former HAT minister Iharizaka Rahaingoson was held down by the Malagasy border police services. He was told at the airport of the ban on leaving the territory. For not having been informed earlier, the concerned figure was making for Brussels with unblurred mind to attend this telecommunication meeting. This young Malagasy engineer covered with degrees is indeed a telecommunication expert for the European Union.  

The HAT is not gonna like it. Iharizaka Rahaingoson has once again called upon the press to address the issue. He argued to have no idea of what might have caused this ban despite all of his attempts to . The former telecommunication minister even questions the official existence of such a ban directed against him. As the authorities are actually presenting no official document, the resigning minister is intending to order an official check up.  

What kind of crime or offense did Iharizaka Rahaingoson commit, so that he deserves a ban to leave the territory? Even though it is unofficial, it is being applied. It is definitely hard to officially justify sanctions based on non respect of governmental solidarity, or on the defense of some economic interests. According to public views, the resigning minister pledged righteousness and State of Rights at the expenses of political or economic interests. In order to put up a fair profile, the HAT officially dismissed him after his resignation.  

The ruling authority is straining to ruin this Malagasy new technology figure by resorting to the anti-corruption Office (Bianco) independence of which was put to the test. According to various sources, the convocation was just a cover up, a communication operation from the imposed authority. Iharizaka Rahaingoson had no reason to worry since the Bianco cannot be seized by the authorities. The normal investigation procedure is to react to a corruption related complaint or to a denunciation. 

 Iharizaka Rahaingoson is being suspected by the HAT and its government’s chief of encouraging the Internet and mobile phone operator Madamobile. In quality of telecommunication minister by that time, he decided to implement court decisions confirming the OMERT’s investigation results, the independent regulation institute. However, his predecessor and current HAT leader’s advisor believes the court decision to be not legal. Augustin Andriamananoro is coming up to suggesting that the OMERT is  being controlled by the Telecommunication ministry, and therefore, must obey the government.  

This issue has openly displayed connections between the ruling power and some economic interests. The HAT is bound to do away with a court decision, but its technician Iharizaka Rahaingoson wasn’t. The latter definitely denounced a concealed defect in the cycle, and consequently confirmed that some ISP (Internet service providers) are still carrying their commercial activities on in spite of their license’s expiration 3 months ago.  

The true mistake committed by Iharizaka Rahaingoson was to challenge the HAT leader and his general Prime minister. Besides, he has the misfortune of being  » young « . The ruling authority is seemingly casting every young wolf likely to threaten the herd’s leader. However, Iharizaka Rahaingoson still has what his new adversaries haven’t, the international recognition of his expertise.
