45 technicians from several regional departments of Education and school districts will receive special training at the National Institute of Vocational Training in Mahamasina. The training, whose main purpose is to improve the quality of education in the primary and secondary schools, will last 5 days. Indeed, according to the Chief of the National Education Department in charge of elementary education, “In addition to building new infrastructure for national education, to distributing school kits, and to designing new school manuals, it is also important to provide these educational technicians with appropriate training in order to obtain better results”.
The training will focus on primary and secondary school system. It aims at developing the leadership and management skills of each technician. But it also tends to highlight the exchange of ideas and experiences between the trainees. The training will be provided by experts from La Reunion, and after the training, the 45 technicians will know more about the quality of education that teachers and educational trainers should promote in schools and colleges all over Madagascar.
