The amnesty act is not part of the transitional Convention´s schedule; nobody is apparently keen on addressing this sensible theme
A pastor expressed his views on the Malagasy political situation and became the first one daring quite a clear point. Pastor Mailhol affirmed: « The amnesty act should be passed after the erection of an extended congress by the opposition´s spheres. It could be a pledge for a general amnesty and the opportunity to recover home soil for political exiled figures, namely Marc Ravalomanana, and to run the next elections. »
