UNICEF publishes its new edition of newsletter

UNICEF has just published its new edition of newsletter containing information which contributes to help fighting against the impacts of the crisis in Madagascar in children while respecting their rights as human beings. This edition describes the gradual deterioration of the education and health system of which children are the main victims. The newsletter also contains results of investigations which were performed by the United Nations agencies clusters, and in which UNICEF has conducted investigations concerning the situation of households in the capital and in the province of Toliara.
