Electronics: Panasonic strengthens its presence in Madagascar

Japanese electronics giant, Panasonic, tends to reinforce its presence in the Malagasy market of electronic products. For that, the Japanese firm gets associated with Courts Madagascar, one leading local electronic store, to be the brand’s exclusive representative in Madagascar. Courts will take care of the sale of a full range of Panasonic products to individuals and companies. It will also provide after sales service.

Seiji Koyanagi, CEO of Panasonic for the Middle East, declared that their company “intends to become number one in the distribution of electronic products on the African continent and in Madagascar, which represents a very important market zone for us”. He further added that through Courts, Panasonic has a partner who knows and better understands the needs and demands of local customers. As for Courts’ CEO, David Isaacs, pointed out that, “Panasonic is a major global brand and we are very proud to be its unique partner in Madagascar. Panasonic is a worldwide leader in consumer electronics and it helps us continue to expand its market in addition to meeting the needs of our local customers”.
