Andry Rajoelina, officially « outlaw », refuses to step down

Edgar Razafindravahy, SDP of the capital city, stepped down. Transitional vice prime minister Hajo Andrianainarivelo, as well as many transitional parliament members like Brigitte Rasamoelina, Clement Ravalisaona or Sylvain Rabetsaroana just did the same. All of them accepted the compulsory need to resign from their position  in the name of a fair competition. Andry Rajoelina doesn’t have it this way. He simply requires the elections to be called off, a little more than one month to its theoretical start.  The transitional leader and the transitional public function minister, Tabera Randriamanantsoa, are the left couple of candidates refusing to step down from their positions. When being intervewed by reporters from « La Nation » newsgroup, general and challenging presidential candidate Guy Ratrimoarivony declared that « Rajoelina merely confirmed his outlaw status »
