Andry Rajoelina: the self proclaimed Godsend celebrates victory

Accustomed to make reference to divine grace and patriotism in his political speeches, Andry Rajoelina has been feeling blessed again in Maputo. « I will only have been God’s instrument, God dictated me the making of the Charter of Values signed by the ex-presidents « , he said. 

The so-called Charter of Values is based on respect of the fundamental principles. It means the engagement during the transitional period on promoting non-violence, non discrimination, help to the most resourceless people, faithfulness to promises, tolerance, forgiveness, reconciliation and mutual respect. « The struggle is the implementation of these human values from now on », said the TGV. 

Andry Rajoelina can make the V sign of the victory because, according to him, resolutions taken in Maputo mark the legitimization of a transitional regime in Madagascar. « The IIIrd republic is in sight and the time has come to find the best means to organize free and transparent elections within 15 months », he reminded. 

« All these texts have been signed by leaders of which I am part of, and will draw recognition of the transitional regime from the national and international communities », insured Rajoelina. This victory must, first and foremost, be dedicated to the Malagasy people for its will to handle its destiny « . 

The president of the HAT mobilizes his/her/its mobility and his/her/its partisans to not to sleep on their laurels. « I invite each and everyone to make the IVth republic the starting point for consensual and perennial management of national matters » he has declared. 

In Maputo, several documents received signatures Andry Rajoelinas and the three elected presidents Ravalomanana, Ratsiraka and Zafy. They are the political agreement of Maputo for Madagascar; the Transition’s Charter; the Charter of Values; an Agreement on charges cancellation for events of year 2002 in Madagascar; an Agreement over the ousted president Marc Ravalomanana and an Agreement on charges cancellation for political, civilian and military figures of Marc Ravalomanana’s camp.
