The National Independent Electoral Commission’s agents are currently roaming through the streets and visiting homes in order to conduct their census of voters. They are in general more or less welcome but definitely not every time though. The National Independent Electoral Commission intends to complete this census within a month, proceed with updating electoral registers, and make them ready for the elections expected to take place in 2013.
