The fourth Republic´s constitution will be officially presented by Andry Rajoelina on December 11th at 08:30 a.m. This celebration day will become the first step into the new Republic in spite of strong opposition. No one works on December 11th, although it is a Saturday. The ruling power was keen on emphasizing how special the moment is supposed to be. On schedule: Andry Rajoelina opening the new City Hall at Antananarivo´s center on Independence avenue in Analakely, then Andry Rajoelina´s visit of the Queen´s Palace.
