The Union of Journalists emphatically require the radio and TV stations shut by force by the HAT to be reopened

Three members from the Malagasy Journalists' Union's official Bureau have met the envoys sent by the SADC's parliamentarian forum. The Union members emphasized the pressing need to do away with the ban on radio and television stations outcasted and shut by the transitional ruling power over the latest years. There are actually no less than 80 of them! Besides, they recalled that a large majority of the Malagasy people massively relies on air-broadcasted news and does not have any access to newspapers. The outcome of the secret vote revealed his victory by 25 votes against 18 for his challenger. General Rabotoarison has been elected as president du FFM (National Reconciliation Council). Edgard Razafindravahy, a candidate challenged by his own political party

the ruling power's TGV party has its champion deemed to run the presidential race. As an outcome of its latest congress, the mission to conquer the presidency was granted to Edgar Razafindravahy, Antananarivo city's acting Special Delegation President. The champion will already have to deal with strong challenge from those of his own, bearing in mind that the wholel of Andry Rajoelina's clique does not back the choice of man. Not even media groups supposed to support the transitional ruling power do not appear but sceptical at this decision. Moreover, former militants who used to stay behind Rajoelina during the year 2009's putsch, and now gathered in the KMD group, made their reluctance to support Edgar Razafindravahy crystal clear. The political figure would not enough popularity in and outside Antananarivo, let alone throughout the provinces of Madagascar. The general Camille Vital seemed to lead the race, for apparently being granted wide support and Andry Rajoelina'sliking in public, but the Party is always right, is it not? Six containers stuffed with rosewood logs captured in Antsiranana

The dirty business decidedly knows no end, does it? Six containers filled with rosewood logs have freshly been captured by security forces in Antsiranana, in the North of Madagascar. The rosewood logs have been shipped northwards all along the Great Isle's eastern coast, for they have initially been loaded up in Taolagnaro, in the south of the country.
