CENI: doubtful independence

Hery Rakotomanana, president of the Independent National Electoral Commission, strains to draw a veil on any form of collaboration with the ruling power, and does it well, for being a lawyer. 
Doubts concerning the commission´s independence did not wither for so much. It is actually being paid by the ruling power, although it should not. 
Hery Rakotomanana even committed to defend himself his commission: « we are not entitled to outstandingly high wages ». Who knows though? Andry Rajoelina definitely refrained from revealing the amount. « They receive what they deserve to earn » he merely declared. Everyone got the point
