Elections: The CENI in expectation

The High Authority of Transition let it know that the concerned elections would have to be held in September, in five months. If this deadline be maintained, the CENI would to do what it takes from now on to organize a believable process, if ever possible. 

However, nothing is to be held for granted since the situation is mostly depending on the international community and the opposition´s reactions. One CENI member argued that it  would be ill-advised in the present situation to commit for elections in September.
