MADAGASCAR?S ACTION PLAN IS DEBATED.

Madagascar already has its famous DSRP(Strategic Paper to Reduce Poverty). So whats MAP for? Will it replace DSRP which is supposed to see us through 2007? The debate has already begun. The Presidency continues to promote MAP. The Tribune comments,?In the streets folks want to know the answer to this question. Does this new MAP replace the old DSRP or is it about a new approach to further enhance the ability of  DSRP to effectively attack the perennial problem of poverty. The money markets, in their unfeigned interest, wants to know if this new strategy means the end of the old one. It seems the two points of view diverge in that the one wants to use MAP to actively promote and accelerate the effects of the original DSRP while the other contends that MAP replace entirely the older plan. Those who oppose a division of resources obviously fear the lack of clarification with respect to the new document MAP resulting in a diluted effort.?
