« Nationalist » associations led by the OTRIKAFO party have however recently confirmed that a support commitee for the NO has freshly been set up.

The OTRIKAFO party’s president, , confirmed that the constitutional draft is reflecting everything but the « wind of change » promised by the current leaders, for being 90% similar to the Great Isle’s other constitutions. These nationalist groups are actually fearing the right to buy Malagasy lands to be granted to foreigners.

No other big political gun has so far been pledging support to the NO response, since the opposition decided to keep out of from the whole process
