« The Madagascan ruling power is cleaning up its closet and bans an army of small size private radio stations which have all emerged in 2009 » according to Reporters without Borders’ report.
One of RWB’s representatives recently expressed his concerns, since « these stations were basically granted wavelengths ». This ruling power’s decision is sometimes being brutally implemented, as reflected by militaries breaking into the RTF radio station’s facilities, together with telecommunication ministry agents. The station belongs to Madagascar’s green party.
