Security issue in Toamasina: Racom is not dead

In the rung of a mission completed by Antananarivo city’s FIP in the Betsimisaraka region’s capital city half a month ago, many newspapers revealed that Racom, a feared gang leader in Toamasina, was shot down. This happens to be wrong since Racom has apparently been  seen, alive, in Toamasina. He is said to be located in Tanambao verrerie, 21/74 in the night, and around Ambolomadinika’s market in the morning. On second thought, a very much different individual would have been killed and held as Racom. An innoncent? Would the fact of being pointed at be irretrievably leading to death? According to general ratings, ordinary crimes are happening four times a month in Toamasina city. The police forces are visibly not in control of the situation
