Toamasina city’s current popular movement’s name is “Tsisy miala eto niany”, led by a certain Rakotomalala Henri, aka Riri Be, who previously set an ultimatum for the transitional ruling power. Could this ruling power fail from finding a solution before November 5th, the movement will certainly radicalize and get political motivations. Everything was spurred on by an embezzlement case involving relatives of some of the ruling power’s leaders.
