Toamasina city’s current popular movement’s name is “Tsisy miala eto niany”, led by a certain Rakotomalala Henri, aka Riri Be, who previously set an ultimatum for the transitional ruling power. Could this ruling power fail from finding a solution before November 5th, the movement will certainly radicalize and get political motivations. Everything was spurred on by an embezzlement case involving relatives of some of the ruling power’s leaders. Besides, issues concerning people driven away from their own lands located on the city’s northern side, were equally addressed. A complaint was lodged by the “Tsisy nial eto niany” movement leaders.
