The civilian society is welcoming the signature of the Transition’s Charter

« Mifanaraha », or « do find a common ground » had become the creed of a society’s fringe during the latest months. It was a call upon political parties to solve as early as possible the Malagasy crisis by way of consensus.

Henceforth, the civilian society is calling upon the political capitalization of the consensus hardly extorted by mediators in Maputo.

Different associations which appearing for the first time are, however, regretting that the question of the population’s daily life improvement has not been assessed at the time of the meeting in Maputo. The civilian society is yet convinced that the political crisis entailed a real deterioration of the population’s standard of living.
