The national and independent electoral commission is expecting to complete the electoral register´s draft by the end of July. Its agents scattered across the territory are however appearing skeptical. Scores of electoral census leaflets have not been returned, according to one of these agents´report on radio waves in the capital city. The CENI announced however that 90% of the so named leaflets have been returned. It does not seem to be the case. Even in areas located near the largest roads cannot record amazing scores
