The Isalo window

On one side, the sea resorts are full during this tourist season. The booking rate along the warm sea sides of Madagascar is said to be around 90%. On the other side, the many national parks on highlands also attracts many. Among them, the national park of Isalo, in the center south, is one of the most visited in the island. The park is located in a dry area still very rich in fauna and flora. Erosion has left typical marks on the landscape which gives to Isalo its unique panorama. The “Isalo Queen” and the “Isalo  Window” are among the most visited attractions. It is possible to camp inside the park and to hire guides.
