The negotiations of Pretoria in expectation for confirmation

The opposition’s three political mobilities are basically willing to tackle a new round of negotiations. The Andry Rajoelina mobility isn’t. The young putsch maker has just reshuffled his governmental team. His target: terminate his Transition his way in December 2010, with or without any agreement with the other mobilities. 

Rajoelina definitely rules out negotiations with his adversaries. After a shabby mastery of uprising attempts within the green machine, the Rajoelina team believes its muscles to be big enough to end its transition its way. 

The international mediators would have planned a new meeting between the four Malagasy political mobility leaders by end of May, another of these « last chance meetings ».
