Although everything is alright during dry seasons, small vehicles would do well to keep away from the trail during the rainy season. Between Malaimbandy and Miandrivazo, travelers generally step out and willingly carry for a while on foot on along the road, be it merely for the sake of enjoying the surprising landscape, inhaling the lukewarm and fresh air far away from cities’ everlasting noise and pollution. An encounter with swarms of wild birds is more than likely. In between, picking drupes up at will, namely from jujube trees abundantly growing in the area, is allowed. A traveler does not have to fear to run out of ways to pass the time during the march. The road’s estate extends the crossing of about 68 miles by car to 5 hours. The situation has at the least been improving ever since.
