The vice-admiral Hyppolite Raharison vs France’s ambassador in Madagascar

France’s embassy has required explanations from the authorities concerning one of its citizens’ « violent » arrest circumstances. Ambroise Ravonison, former legionary, is actually a French citzen. 

As a response, Hyppolite Raharison attacked the ambassador. The word « interference » repeatedly appeared in the run of an interview granted to the capital city’s TV channels. 

Ambroise Ravonison has been sent behind bars in the Antanimora jail, two days after his arrest. He is being charged with…offense against a chief of state.
