Toamasina city university: potential blank year

Toamasina city university´s professors gathered on November 15th, noticed that their claims basically agreed by the government went down like a lead balloon, regretted the direct threat launched by the Superior Education minister, and decided as a conclusion to  suspend all of their educational activities in order to enforce the implementation of the state decrees 1214, 1215, 1216/2009.
