“Top Réseau”: Makeovers and new goals

Working for the benefit of young people for over 10 years, The “Top Réseau” project has recently undergone important makeovers with an even wider vision and objective. Its new branding was unveiled yesterday at the Carlton Hotel, Anosy. If since 2000, “Top Réseau” was particularly concerned about the reproductive health of adolescents, now with its new label called “Profemina”, the service provided by the project will focus a little more on women and children and will be implemented in 9 large cities and several districts. The new makeovers were triggered by the awareness of the ever increasing rate of self-medication in many Malagasy households. However, this tendency towards self-medication is particularly dangerous for children under the age of 5, who are the most vulnerable in terms of health. In sum, “Top Réseau”, with its new mission, is facing new challenges in the field of public health.
