As the October 17th's four mobility chiefs talks in Geneva is coming closer, the legalistic party is in action again on home soil.

Legalistic movement: a new mobilization throughout Madagascar’s former provinces

.

For some days so far, parliamentarians from Marc Ravalomanana’s party have been touring across Madagascar’s different regions again to sensitize the population on the country’s political situation.

Peaceful demonstrations to contest the assignment of the Transition’s presidency to Andry Rajoelina will be organized in different provincial cities, namely Toliara, Mahajanga, Toamasina, and Antsirabe.

In the capital city, the association of the district chiefs has just made public its definitive rejection of a putsch maker at the country’s presidency. The association is actually made of district chiefs previously in charge during the Marc Ravalomanana era.

Inside the Magro square, the demonstration is bound to be carried on until the end of the week. The legalistic party is expecting for the outcome of the Geneva meeting between Marc Ravalomanana, Andry Rajoelina, Didier Ratsiraka and Albert Zafy, most likely the last mobility chiefs’ occasion to find a way out of from a political crisis raging since the beginning of 2009. One first delegation left Antananario on October 15th to attend the summit on top.
