The statement produced by Toamasina province’s TGV president, Toto Felix, and his general secretary Ranirindrana Yves, on latest June 03rd for the press quickly turned into a cause for troubles.
On Thursday June 10th, Mrs Irmah, Toamasina province’s TGV national secretary, expressed her point to reporters and replied to Toto Felix by the same way. She has reminded that none of Toamasina’s provincial leaders are entitled to put up as so far reaching without referring to their hierarchical superiors, since the TGV has a hierarchy to be respected. The most unbearable words would have been Toto Felix’s allegations of “the urgent need for a truly popular power sharing”. Such an issue must be addressed and stated by the TGV as first, according to Mrs Irmah. As a conclusion, stating that the TGV is being dented from inside is not a risky bet. The party is the new kid in the block, as far as Toamasina is concerned, far behind the usual leading Arema, MTS and TIM parties
