Antsiranana granted a gift from the HAT

The single financial source for public investments is in the dictating authority’s leader’s hand, beyond any institutional control in this current national crisis. Andry Rajoelina freshly announced outstanding projects in Antsiranana. The construction of Madagascar’s largest hospital would begin by the end of November. « Though I am neither a professor, nor a doctor, I came to take care of you « , declared the dictating authority’s chief. He boasted that his hospital would soon become the best in the Indian ocean.  

« My wish is that the Indian Ocean’s people join us for healthcare, and that we no more have to move abroad », said Andry Rajoelina. Regarding the unbearable invoice of an evacuation, be it merely to La Reunion island on health reasons, a large scale hospital in Antsiranana could be everything but a bad option for many patients.  

The youth’s president keeps on planning to endow regions with sport and cultural structures. « The « Mita be » stadium is damaged and dusty « , he noticed. Andry Rajoelina is going to grant a jewel to Antsiranana’s youngs: « an Olympic stadium », complying with international standards with a synthetic soccer lawn ratified by the FIFA. The construction would equally start before November.  

In response to Antsiranana’s mayor’s complains about electricity shortages, Andry Rajoelina announced a renewable energy production project. « We know that there is a lot of wind in Antsiranana, we are going to achieve a wind energy production project ». The amount of intended investments is not unveiled, contrary to the expected effect: a 30% reduction of the electricity price very soon.   

The 3 billions of ariary granted by the HAT to the state owned shipping company SECREN nearly became a reference. And yet, it was the main incentive for the dictating leader’s move in Antsiranana. Rajoelina Andry dressed in the superhero’s suit announced the rescue of the company which once made the city’s pride. The HAT state’s stretched hand is dimmed to draw the SECREN to remain afloat and recover the necessary shipping industry certification. The HAT leader seems to be expecting to associate a technical formation center to the state society.  

In Antsiranana, half of the population is Moslem. Andry Rajoelina didn’t miss his target when wearing the small white hat traditionally worn by praying Moslems. He offered some sheep to the Moslem community in celebration of the ramadan’s end. The state budget’s capitalization is from then on a genuine box of surprises.
