Ramerison Auguste, one of the Raiamandreny Mijoro of Toamasina, analyzing the HAT policy

Ramerison Auguste: the national conference’s resolutions were decided long before the conference began

As Ramerison Auguste, representative of Toamasina’s Raiamandreny Mijoro, recovered Toamasina city after attending the national conference, he invited reporters, including those of MADONLINE, to a press conference of his on September 20th in order to report the latest national events. He emphasized from scratch that: “the resolutions adopted by the national conference were drawn from new and newly invented ideas. There was no continuation between the Dinika Sambatra’s ideas and the national conference’s resolutions. District’s representatives bound to present the Dinika Sambatra’s proposals were not granted any stage. The Dinika Sambatra are consequently more legal than this completed national thing. 13,303 people joined hands in the run of the Dinika Sambatra, whereas merely 4000 unilaterally produced a so named national resolution.” In the end, it seems that the Dinika Sambatra’s proposals actually stemming from the very base have been thoroughly ignored, and something prepared long long ago, passed.

Concerning the law drafting process

In quality of member of  the concerned commission, Ramerison Auguste bought explanations concerning the events related to the process: “there was not a shadow of progress during the couple of days long debate, namely since there were 138 questions to be answered. In the end, many of them have been summarized and participants got on group of them each. Three major issues were enlightened: a  Centralized State, a Federal State, and a Decentralized State. The autonomous regions, regions and communes are components of a decentralized state. The option number one got 32 votes, the number two, 117 votes, and the number 443 votes. But when the final verdict came up, the winner was the Federal Regime!”

“another crisis is on its way forward” he said

Ramerison Auguste emphasized that: “this national thing was everything but a settlement to the current crisis, all for most another pledge for another potentially incoming crisis”. Concerning the presidential candidate’s age, he said:”the “35 years old” proposal wasn’t passed with a clear majority at all, I technically don’t even know whether it’s been passed or not since the account was confused!”

His conclusions read as following: “the country will not recover any international recognition this way, all of the job done is vain”
