Consensual Prime minister for the Rajoelina sphere: Vital obviously

The general kept in charge by the elected mayor Andry Rajoelina is bound to carry his mission on. It is the evidence that there were no political agreements between the negotiating sides in this crisis, but only an unilateral decision from the ruling regime. Andry Rajoelina recovers its Prime minister, the one proposed by his TGV party. The general Vital is officially serving the TGV regime and not the party. His resignation was merely a masquerade for the sake of having a formal breakpoint. The Prime minister is « unilaterally chosen » but the government will be opened to the parties allied of the Rajoelina sphere. 

« I assessed both positive and negative points as well as the nation´s superior interest « , argued Andry Rajoelina while emphasizing that the international community would have been told about the reappointment of Prime minister Vital. In response to doubts raised by his appointment, the Prime Minister is arguing that it was the result of 100% Malagasy talks: « I don’t know why would the international community oppose a decision taken by the Malagasy « , protested Camille Vital. 

Andry Rajoelina had to praise different qualities of his Prime minister who brilliantly tamed any opposition to the imposed regime. « The Prime minister is a sincere God-fearing person who respects the relevance of truth, he is a man of fihavanana and unity « . He added that the Prime minister and his new government would be the warrants for equality of chances and administrative neutrality. 

Camille Vital is therefore the One, deemed to be turned into a consensual Prime Minister by a stroke of magic wand. « I accepted to become the consensual Prime minister. My mission in this transition is not yet over, I have to complete it  » said the TGV supportive general. Opposition, ye be warned. Andry Rajoelina provided however his Prime minister with new mission orders. « We are in the 4th republic, but our goal remains the erection of structure pledging transparent elections of elected figures in the institutions « , he declared. 

The consensual Prime minister imposed by the Rajoelina sphere and the third supposedly consensual government are bound to reinforce the HAT´s electoral commission in the organization of elections. Andry Rajoelina tells of a government expected to bring genuine reconciliation and new institutions, on a background of tensions without a shadow of political agreement. To such an end, he chose a general quite gladly conceding his lack of political skills even after a 15 months long training in the same position of Prime minister.
