Addis Ababa: the four mobilities’ talks cancelled, the HAT last offensive

The African Union has made the official announcement quite early in order to spare the three Ravalomanana, Zafy and Ratsiraka mobility leaders from a useless trip. The Peace and Security Commission took notice of Andry Rajoelina’s absence, and sticks to an eluding involvement of all of the four political mobility leaders as the unequivocal condition to any settlement.
