The FFKM’s top summit, one end to the crisis or the beginning to another one ?

As expected, the unlimited transition's leader Andry Rajoelina has once again enforced his terms in order to make the situation favorable to his position, and namely hindered once more the former president whom he ousted back in 2009 to return. Elections 2013: the CENIT still has much much to do

Four months are left to the presidential election's first knock out round, the National Independent Electoral Commission struggles to complete its mission. The CENIT's officials unveiled the famous software system expected to handle the whole electoral register. Their presentation did however not fully convince the members of the "Initiative pour la Transparence et l'Harmonie des élections à Madagascar (ITHEM)" or Initiative for Electoral Transparency and Harmony in Madagascar. Lalao Ravalomanana prevented from coming home by Rajoelina and by the ACM again

The physical presence of the wife of the president ousted back in 2009 by a putsch is likely to create a far too big political risk due to the unpredictable psychological impact on an untamed population. Rajoelina’s ruling power consequently took a radical step even if it means the flagrant violation of the crisis settlement Roadmap. Once again, the Civil Aviation Authority in Madagascar contributed to capitalize one of the ruling power’s political decisions.
