The roadmap deemed to lead to the settlement of the crisis is unofficially expected to be reached on Wednesday March 09th, 2011. Signatures are not yet on schedule, merely the written support from the Malagasy political life is. Leonardo Simao, the SADC´s envoy and mediator, has conducted rounds of consultations ever since the publication of the first draft. The HAT´s presidential convoy would have been targeted of a small size attempt on Thursday March 3rd, 2011 in the evening. The explosion hardly lifted the armored vehicle with Andry Rajoelina on board. No injured and no damages. Tensions created by Leonardo Simao´s draft are quite sharp, as illustrated by the double meeting that took place.
