Legislative elections are officially being announced: they´ll be taking place on March 16th, 2011, a Christmas gift from the transitional leader. The fourth Republic is being announced by the dictating authority´s leader wearing an elected president´s suit. His constitution is officially making him a self proclaimed chief of state, even if his name was not mentioned. An official ceremony took place on December 11th at Iavoloha´s state palace. The electoral period has not yet come to an end, although the HAT´s electoral commission published the process´s results. The High Constitutional Court will have to emulate the CENI in reviewing the ballots and consequently declare the Rajoelina constitution´s victory. The HAT´s electoral commission officially published the temporary results of November 17th´s referendum. The second to none speed is serving the HAT will to reach the breakpoint and leave any way back to any democratic process definitely behind. 37% of some 7,151,000 Malagasy voters would have said yes to the constitutional project perfectly suited to Andry Rajoelina and previously decided with 74% of favorable votes.
