The latest round of talks between the four mobility leaders, basically meant to take place on March 08th, March 09th and 10th, 2010 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia, has been cancelled. The African Union made this clause clear long before the invitations, and even longer before Andry Rajoelina's boycott.
