Joint presidency: title preserved but power shared by Rajoelina

An agreement has finally emerged from the Addis Ababa tournament between the four political mobilities. Andry Rajoelina saves the most important for him, his presidential seat. He will, however, have to share the power with two presidents, as wanted by the Maputo charter's additional text.
