The anti-HAT objectors to the Rajoelina mobility’s unilateral transitional government have demonstrated; Prime minister Monja Roindefo finally has his wanted motive to justify the break up of talks with the other political mobilities, as called upon by former president Zafy. « We won’t take part into negotiations », he emphasized. Monja Roindefo is looking for « republican gestures » in exchange of a resumption of talks.
The HAT officially condemned Friday and Saturday’s demonstrations that allegedly caused unrests in Antananarivo. Retaliation has been immediate when the Emmo Reg, surprisingly supported by the FIS, had once flexed its muscle. In what is, from now on tagged as « war », a task force has been set to face up to the Ravalomanana – Zafy – Ratsiraka mobilities. This entity is including several ministers of the government Roindefo II.
Apart from the armed forces ministries, namely those of national Defence, public Security and State Police, the task force also includes the Finance, Population and Decentralization ministries. The Roindefo government went as far as mobilizing the previous legalistic Alain Andriamiseza who has been granted the Fishing ministry
Nadine Ramaroson, Population minister, believes that the involvement of Alain Andriamiseza, « one of the legalistic and pro-Ravalomanana demonstration animators », is precious for the task force. She is translating the erection of this task force as the population’s need to defend itself, hence is she taking part as…population minister. « Let the people no more be used as a political tool », she pursues.
The task force is standing by the deterring power of the Special Intervention Force commanded by the freshly promoted lieutenant colonels Charles Andrianasoavina and René Lylson. It can count on the Justice minister’s full commitment. « I am warning whoever is attempted to create unrest », she said as recalling that there is a rule of a law in the country.
In order to be more deterring, Christine Razanamahasoa is warning that offences committed by the demonstrators after September 09th, 2009, won’t be concerned by the amnesty and sentence cancellation announced in the Maputo I agreements. She is openly accusing the three mobilities of trying to create unrests.
According to minister Nadine Ramaroson, the task force also has to win the battle of communication. In this propaganda war, the debate is being concentrated on the existence of a legal power after the Maputo agreements. The Rajoelina mobility that monopolizes the national medias and dominate the private waves is definitely engaging the brain washing and the cult of personality
