In expectation of new targeted sanctions coming up, the HAT is moving on as if they never would be

On March 17th, the African Union’s Peace Council will unfold the red list of the Malagasy figures “to be punished” for their purposed hindrance of the Maputo and Addis-Ababa processes’ implementation. But there is still no sign of expiation will from the High Authority of Transition. 

Andry Rajoelina and his accomplices are considering the agreements signed in Maputo and Addis-Ababa as history. The other signatories do not put it this way. The Marc Ravalomanana, Didier Ratsiraka and Albert Zafy mobilities consider the implementation of the agreements as the single way out of from the crisis. But since the end of 2009, Andry Rajoelina does no more want to hear anything else of any “inclusive” and “consensual” Transition.
