Political mobilities: a consensual and satisfying transition’s charter

The Ravalomanana mobility is already seeing the craved summit meeting of the four mobility chiefs as a satisfaction. Fetison Andrianirina told about several essential satisfying points as the possibility for president Ravalomanana to come back to the country. « We are going to let him mull his return over, there are no conditions, it is his to determine them « , stated the delegation chief.

Albert Zafy recalled that his movement, the CRN, had been asking for a long time for the national reconciliation and for a transition. « It would be strange if we don’t participate in this consensual and inclusive transition described in the charter « , he argued. 

Although, the former president acknowledges his opposition to Rajoelina’s HAT. « We opposed the one-sided transition and the self proclamation », he specified. 

The Ratsiraka mobility is now satisfied with the essential matter. Ange Andrianarisoa, delegation chief, emphasizes that accusations and condemnations following the 2002 political crisis are from now on meaningless. According to the charter signed in Maputo, the targeted individuals will be granted repairs and/or indemnifications from the state. 

The genuine victory for the red party will be the recovery of its main figures who used to be in trouble with justice. The Ratsiraka mobility is henceforth standing by the national Council of reconciliation to organize the « pardon » and also by the enactment of the amnesty law by the Convention’s parliamentarians.
