Zafilahy Stanislas: “our conscience is clean”

Behind the serenity on their face, a certain concern was sensible among TIM parliamentarians and leaders of pro-Ravalomanana political party in the court of Anosy, on Tuesday. A few hundreds of militants were present in the surroundings to support them. “We willingly came because we don’t have anything to fear, our struggle is clean “, affirmed Zafilahy Stanislas. 

The deputy of Vavatenina doesn’t ring the alarm about his presence in court. “We must be heard”, he shouted. And Zafilahy Stanislas reminded the facts: “We had been convened for investigation because they estimated that there was a tie between the case and militants in the Magro, they didn’t have anything against us and they should have relaxed us “.  

Colonel Richard Ravalomanana corroborated in press conference the deputy’s story. “The presumed terrorist and the demonstrators in the Magro have the same political objective: the return to constitutional order with president Marc Ravalomanana and the fall of the HAT “, he noticed, justifying the investigation of the TIM parliamentarian. 

The Antananarivo state police chief reports that the leaders of the Magro movement denied the facts. He underlined the strategy difference to reach the same objective. “On Magro, they have meetings and demonstrations, terrorists wanted to create chaos in order to justify the intervention of an international force “, explained the officer. 

Before the press, colonel Ravalomanana seemed to exonerate the leaders of Magro, which provoked the outcry in the pro-TGV medias. Anyhow, the case is submitted to the public prosecutor’s office. If the anti-HAT politicians could go home free, this liberty could be only temporary. 

Justice’s pressure on the leaders of the legalistic movement is not yet removed. The investigation continues, announced Colonel Richard Ravalomanana. He already questioned the GTT movement in France as being the instigator and the sponsor of these terrorist projects. 

Deputy Zafilahy reiterated the legalistic position on terrorism: “We condemn the authors of violence acts, destruction of particular or public goods and especially murders… we condemn them whether they come from the legalistic or pro-HAT side “. He estimated that a legalistic militant must before all respect the law. 

On Magro, the partisans of Marc Ravalomanana have been remaining late until the beginning of evening, in a religious ambiance, in sign of solidarity with their movement’s leaders. All charismatic leaders of the movement have been convened at the court: Zafilahy Stanislas, Fidison Mananjara, Jean Louis Rakotoamboa, the Reverend Andrianalijaona, Ambroise Ravonison… The legalistic movement risks to be decapitated completely.
